Pound of chicken breast ( i used enders) canola oil 1 can of cream of mushroom soup salt pepper 1/2 cup water
Put canola oil into skillet and heat. Add chicken to skillet. Salt and pepper the chicken. You can add more seasonings if you like. Brown chicken on both sides. Drain oil from pan. Add cream of mushroom and 1/2 cup of water. Cook on low until chicken is done.
