Natural Peanut Butter, Honey and Oats combine to create delicious and easy no bake bars. Although they are not light at 300 calories each, they are filling and more nutritious than their grocery store counterparts. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Cup Honey
    1 Cup Peanut Butter
    3 Cups oats
    Additional Mix-ins (not included in calories)

    Butter, spray or shortening to grease 9 by 9 pan/

Tips

Use gluten free oats to make this recipe gluten free.
Mix anything you please in with the oats.


Directions

Grease a 9 by 9 baking dish.
Combine Peanut Butter and oats in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in oats.
Press into prepared pan.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Cut into bars and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
