Parsley Salmon

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Salmon
    Juice from and entire lemon
    1/4 C of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 T Garlic Powder
    2 T Parsley
    Salt/ Pepper to taste

Directions

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees F. Mix extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl. Season Salmon with salt and pepper to your taste. Brush Salmon with parsley mixture and coat both sides. In a skillet brown both sides of the salmon while continuely coating with the parsley mixture (should only need to brown 2 minutes on each side). Transfer Salmon to a baking dish. Put Salmon in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Then serve warm. Makes 4 salmons.
