    Fruit, Great Value Froze, NSA, Mixed Fruit (Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Pineapple), 1.5 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas, 1 tbsp
    *aloe vera juice from 100% inner gel fillet 99.8% aloe vera, 1 oz
    Flax Seed Milk, 1 serving
    (Optional) Rescue Me Concentrate, 1 serving *Any Juice concentrate
    (Optional) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend to smooth adding ice if desired. Enjoy!
