Ingredients

    Beets
    chives
    Salt
    Pepper
    Olive oil
    Red Wine Vinegar
    Dill

Directions

Boil beets until skin slides off. Cool them. Mix oil and vinegar, chives, dill, s&p. Cool in fridge. Eat.
