Introduction

These waffles taste just like the bleached flour ones, but with the benefits of whole wheat These waffles taste just like the bleached flour ones, but with the benefits of whole wheat
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - 1 Cup Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Baking Mix (or other brand)
    - 2 eggs
    - 3/4 Cup Skim Milk
    - 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

    - optional 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    - Nonstick spray for the waffle iron

    *Makes 6 4x4 in square waffles*

Directions

- Preheat waffle iron
- Mix ingredients together
- Spray waffle iron
- Pour batter onto the middle of the iron (about 1/3 cup for each)
- Waffles are done when the steam subsides
