Ingredients

    4 stalks of celery
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 stick margerine/butter
    2 cans diced tomatoes with juice
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 lb frozen shrimp
    1 lb frozen crawfish tails
    2 cups white rice


Tips

Add chicken, sausage, bacon, ham if desired


Directions

*Sautee celery, bell pepper & onion in margerine until soft/tender
*Add tomatoes with juice & chicken broth
*Add seafood
*Bring to boil
*Add rice & thyme
*Simmer until rice is ready
