Ingredients

    Rice, Success Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup(remove)
    80/20 ground beef chuck, 6 oz(remove)
    *Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 14 oz(remove)
    *mild rotel, 10 oz(remove)
    Bush's, Black Beans, 2 cup(remove)
    *Oscar Mayer Bacon Pieces, 3 tbsp(remove)

Tips

Great served with flour tortillas.


Directions

Season beef with mexican seasoning, brown and drain off fat. Use Velveeta and Rotel to make queso cheese sauce. Prepare rice according to instructions. In a large baking dish mix beef, rice,beans and bacon pieces well then use cover with cheese sauce. Bake at 350 until heated through out.
