Salmon Patties

Ingredients

    These are spicy, so use less red pepper flakes if you don't like spicy.

    Vital Choice Canned Salmon - 6 oz, 2 cans
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup
    Oregano, ground, 0.50 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
    Basil, .5 tsp
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Crushed red pepper flakes (per 1/4 tsp.), 0.25 tsp
    Large egg, 1
    Coconut Flour, 2 Tbsp



    Saute onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil until soft. Add to all other ingredients, mix well. Form into six patties.

Directions

Heat canola oil in skillet. When hot place patties in skillet. Cook 6 or 7 minutes per side or until browned and crispy on each side.
