Cook 2-3 # chicken (bone-in) in pressure cooker with 2 cups H2O for ~15". Remove skin & bones & cut chicken into bite-size pieces when cooled. In a large stock pot cook rest of the ingredients (chop onion; green chiles peppers & tomatoes may be left whole). Cook for ~ 30". Blend cooked vegetables in small batches & add to cooked chicken pieces & broth from cooked chicken. Use peppers according to taste. May add 1-2 habanero peppers for extra spice.
