Ingredients

    grated carrots 2/3 cup
    grated apple 1/3 cup
    lemon juice 2 fl. oz
    extra virgin olive oil 1/2 Tbsp
    salt a dash
    black pepper a dash

Directions

Grate apple and carrots, add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and serve cold.
