Camp's Favorite Biscuits

Introduction

A friend makes these for an oil drilling camp -- I've made 'em low fat A friend makes these for an oil drilling camp -- I've made 'em low fat
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 c flour
    1 T Splenda for baking
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 c. fat free margarine
    2/3 c. fat free yogurt or sour cream
    2/3 c. skim milk

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients, then add the yogurt (or sour cream) and milk. Cut with biscuit cutter or just make into patties and place on a greased cookie sheet (you can grease it by spraying it with a nonstick spray).

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes in a 450 degree oven.
Makes 8 large biscuits.
