Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean (93% or leaner!)
    Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
    Black pepper 2 teaspoons
    Worcester Sauce (approximately a quarter cup)

Directions

GENTLY mix all ingredients together - overworking the beef will make the burgers tough.

Form into 5 equal patties.
