Introduction

Post-workout balls. Post-workout balls.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 c chopped apple
    3/4 c fresh or soaked dried dates
    1/4 c hemp seed
    1/4 c pumpkin seed
    1/4 c almonds, whole
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1/4 c hemp protein powder
    2 T (10 g) coconut, raw

Directions

Process all ingrediants until desired texture is reached. Place on clean surface. Shape the mixture into small balls. Roll in shredded coconut. Wrap individually and freeze.
