Ingredients

    cabbage, shredded 2 cups
    carrots 10 baby grated
    splenda or equal 5 teasp
    salt, 1/2 teasp
    celery seed 1/2 teasp
    vinegar (Balsamic) 1 Tlbsp
    Mayo , lite 1/4 c plus 1 tlbsp
    salt


Directions

Makes 4 servings
Place cabbage & carrots in large bowl. Sprinkle sweetner, salt & celery seed... Let stand 5 minutes... Mix vinegar and mayo spoon over cabbage and toss...chill several hours

  • This is very good recipe. My husband and I both thought the taste was great! I would not chose it for a dinner party because the balsamic vinegar gives a brownish look to the cabbage and makes it look not so appetizing. - 2/10/08
