1/2 bag pre-cut sweet potato fries 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp splenda brown sugar
place sweet potatoes in a bowl, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over potatoes, mix to coat. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 425 for 25 minutes. Serves 2 big portions, or 4 small portions. Calories calculated for 2 servings.
