Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    1 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen,
    1 dash Pepper, black or white
    2 pinches of Poultry seasoning, or adobo
    2 garlic cloves or 1 tsp. minced
    1 envelope Chicken Gravy
    2 cups white rice cooked

Directions

Cook rice like you would normally do.
cut chicken into bite sized pieces, brown in olive oil, adding poultry seasoning or adobo, pepper, and garlic, then when done add you chicken gravy mix first and then mixed vegetables let simmer for 10 to 15 mins till done. serve over cooked white rice
