Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 14 ounces
    * Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped
    * Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    * Cranberries, dried, (craisins), .50 cup
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    * 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Almonds, .50 cup, sliced
    * Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 6 tbsp
    * *Raisins, golden seedless, .50 cup, packed

Directions

bake the chicken and let cool
chop all the ingredients and mix in large bowl
chill
makes 10- 1 cup servings
