Number of Servings: 7


    1/2 cup natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
    1 egg (or 2 whites)
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    1/8 tsp stevia
    xylitol or erythritol for top of cookies


Mix peanut butter, egg, and vanilla together (if you want to add the stevia for a sweeter cookie, add it here) until combined. Add in whey and mix.

Scoop onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Press with fork to make criss cross pattern, and sprinkle with sugar, xylitol, erythritol, or leave plain... whatever you prefer!

Bake for 7-10 minutes, until puffy. They don't brown much so don't overcook them!
