Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs 10 oz cooked diced pork
    15 oz can mandarin oranges
    15 oz can sliced mangoes
    15 oz can sliced peaches
    20 oz can pineapple tidbits
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/8 c lemon juice
    1/4 c greek yogurt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp sugar
    1/8 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp ground savory
    1/8 tsp ground mustard
    1/8 tsp white pepper
    1/8 tsp curry
    1/8 tsp salt
    dash cayenne pepper

Directions

cook and dice pork then combine all ingredients and mix well.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 8 1-cup servings
