Introduction

I like to pre make and freeze this for cooking on a busy day. This can be thrown together in no time and stockpiled. Makes 3 pies. I like to pre make and freeze this for cooking on a busy day. This can be thrown together in no time and stockpiled. Makes 3 pies.

Ingredients

    2 Cans of Chicken Drained
    1 large bag of mixed Veggies
    2 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 Pillsbury Double Pie Crust
    Spices to Taste (my family likes Italian seasoning)

Directions

For a frozen pot pie defrost in the oven for a half day if you can then bake at 350 for 1hr covered. Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown crust. If not frozen bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovering for the last 15 minutes. From frozen solid bake at 350 for 2hrs uncovered for the last 15 minutes.
