Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Shrimp, cooked, 6 large (remove)
    Scallops, raw, 1 unit 2 large or 5 small (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 slice, thin/small (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Refried Beans, 6 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Heat Cast Iron Skillet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.

Put onion and gr. pepper in skillet, saute until onion starts to become transparent. Add shrimp and scallops. Add tomato at the very end and cook until they are hot.

Serve on a plate with the refried beans on the side.

You can have tortillas and/or spanish rice with this dish, but it is not figured in the nutritional values.
