Introduction

Modified the classic so my daughter could have her favorite potato salad Modified the classic so my daughter could have her favorite potato salad
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Baked Potatoes, cooled then diced
    Bacon, cooked and diced
    One bunch of Green Onion diced
    Nayonnaise (egg free mayo) do NOT use Miracle Whip!!
    Tofu Sour Cream
    Go Veggie Shredded Cheese (Pepper Jack and/or cheddar)

Tips

Best when chilled for a time after combined....YUM


Directions

bake potatoes to semi soft (about 60 minutes at 250 degrees), cube, add to diced green onion and bacon and combine with all other ingredients...best when chilled for a time after combined....YUM
