Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups
    unbleached flour (or wheat flour or other substitute)
    1 1/2 cups
    truvia baking blend
    1/2 cup
    coconut oil
    1 tsp
    vanilla extract
    1/4 cup
    chia gel
    (1 part chia seed soaked in 3 parts water)
    1 cup
    quick-cooking oats
    1 cup
    oat bran
    1 tsp
    baking soda
    1/4 tsp
    salt

    Optional:
    1 cup
    semisweet chocolate chips or dried fruit (raisins, cherries, cranberries)
    1/4 cup
    chopped nuts
    1/4 cup
    chopped dried coconut

    also optional 1 tsp molasses for more brown sugar taste (add 60 more cal per batch), changes in optional ingredients may change nutritional content
