A tasty breakfast smoothie that is a very nutrient dense. A tasty breakfast smoothie that is a very nutrient dense.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 cup pomegranate juice
    1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
    3 tbsp ground flax seed meal
    6 oz fresh spinach
    1/2 cup sliced peaches, water packed
    1 medium banana
    1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened
    1 cup blueberries, unsweetened
    1/8 tsp Sweet Leaf Stevia if needed


mix unfrozen ingredients thoroughly in blender then add frozen ingredients and mix until even consistency. Enjoy!
