Tomato Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

    8 c. veggie broth (use bullion cubes)
    2 c. diced tomatoes
    6 c. chopped nappa cabbage
    2 bay leaves
    Salt, pepper, garlic, marjoram to taste.

Tips

Can add onions, zucchini, or summer squash for only a few more calories.


Directions

Bring broth to a boil. Add veggies and cook until tender.
