1 can - Kidney Beans (any variety)
1 can - Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can - Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup - Onion (chopped)
3 Tbs. - Taco Seasoning
1-5 Tbs. - Crushed Red Pepper (based on preference)
