Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

    1 bag of frozen or fresh Brussel Sprouts
    1 head of garlic, 6-8 cloves
    earth balance
    lemon juice
    sprinkle of salt

Directions

Boil the Brussel Sprouts about 8 min (if frozen they will float when done). While waiting for the sprouts, dice the garlic, and satay in butter over low heat until sprouts are ready. Then drain sprouts and put in pan with garlic butter. Turn off heat and squeeze half of a lemon and mix. Then sprinkle with salt and serve.
