Sparkl3's Flatout Light Italian Pizza with Vegetables

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Flatout Light Italian flatbread
    Olive oil cooking spray
    1 c. spinach leaves (fresh)
    1/2 c. red and green bell peppers, chunked
    1/2 c. chopped onions, chunked
    1 c. fresh mushroom pieces
    1/4 c. finely shredded pizza cheese (includes low moisture part skim mozzarella, smoke flavored provolone, Parmesan and Romano cheeses)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Place flatbread on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven.

Add the spinach leaves, chopped peppers and onion and mushroom pieces; top with the pizza cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how your small you chop your vegetables. Bake until the vegetables are cooked and the cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy!
