Clean Eating Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

    2 cups dry oats
    1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
    1 cup slivered almonds
    .75 cup pumpkin seeds
    2 tbsp maple flakes
    1 tsp vanilla
    1.5 cup frozen mixed berries
    2 cups skim milk
    1/3 cup apple juice, unsweetened

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients in a 13x9 in pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Bake for 45 min.
