After-Workout Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Introduction

Add handful of ice cubes to make this frothy. Great for a hard workout. Add handful of ice cubes to make this frothy. Great for a hard workout.

Ingredients

    1 frozen banana
    1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use Trader Joes 0% fat)
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 cup chocolate milk
    1-2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter

Tips

Freezing whole bananas is easy. Run under hot water for a minute or two, cut in half and the banana comes right out of the skin.


Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend well.
