Stacie's Open Face Tuna Melt

Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 4 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Dill Pickles, .125 cup, chopped or diced
    Provolone cheese, sliced, Great Value Brand, 2 serving
    Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 2 slice

Directions

combine tuna, pickles, onion and mayo with some salt and pepper to taste. spread on each slice of multi grain bread. Place sliced provolone on top and broil for 5 min until cheese starts to brown.

Serving Size: makes 2 open faced sandwiches
