Introduction

Breakfast bread served with butter and jam. Breakfast bread served with butter and jam.

Ingredients

    4 Cups of whole wheat flour
    1.5 cups of sugar
    3 tablespoons of baking powder
    1 teaspoon of salt
    4 cups of skim milk
    1 cup of butter/shortening

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and milk. Melt shortening and mix in. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 30-45 minutes in a 9x13 inch glass dish. Check with toothpick.
