Introduction

Ingredients

    30 Large Peeled & Deveined Quality Shrimp
    6 clove fresh garlic
    3 TBSP Chopped Garlic
    3 TBSP Soy Sauce
    1 TBSP Fish Sauce
    1 Lime fully Squeezed
    1/2 tsp Season-all Salt
    1 TBSP Cider Vinegar
    1 TBSP Onion
    1 Jalapeno Pepper

Tips

This follows closely with an HCG diet BUT is not perfectly in line.


Directions

Defrost Shrimp if necessary.
Blend every thing else to smooth consistency.
Marinade 1 to 5 hours.
Heat Grill to Medium and grill until done.
*Use leftover sauce (from blender, not sauce exposed to raw seafood) to lightly brush cabbage & grill at the same time.
**Serve with heaps of grilled cabbage & Strawberry Salsa & cold slices of Tomato & Basil

***Finidini-Sabal creamy dip is a separate recipe and consists of sautéed hot peppers, vinegar, splenda, onion & garlic that is puréed into a creamy dip that can be used for the shrimp and also on chicken or steak.

Serving Size: Makes 2 hearty dinner portions when served with veggies
