Introduction

This is crunchy and tangy with the mustard. You can switch to Dijon or French yellow but I love the hot and spicy and the mustard keeps the pretzels clinging to the fish. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 thin tilapia filets(32 oz)
    .25 cup of spicy hot mustard
    salt and pepper to season
    whole wheat pretzels crushed about 1 cup finely crushed.(aprox 5-6 0z)
    .25 aprox of olive oil
    Wash your tilapia and set aside on a plate and pat dry.

Directions

Wash your tilapia and set aside on a plate and pat dry.
Add salt and pepper to mustard and brush on each piece of fish turning on each side.
Process pretzels til very fine, okay if there is some chards it will add more crunch.
Dip each fish both sides in the pretzel mixture and put in skillet heated with olive oil sparingly.
Cook til browned each side and fish flakes with fork.
Enjoy!
