    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 5 berry
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal, 0.25 cup(optional)
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Pure Proteian Whey Protein 25g Vanilla Cream, .5 serving
    Chia Seed (Nutiva) .5 tbsp

Directions

finely chop oatmeal and chia seeds. set aside. puree frozen strawberries and banana with water. Add oatmeal, chia seeds and protein powder. blend well

Serving Size: makes approx 2 cups of smoothie
