Ingredients

1 can Cream of Shrimp soup
1/2 c. vanilla soy milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can mushroom pieces
1 (6 oz.) can of tuna
Directions
In a small saucepan, lightly stir-fry the tuna, mushrooms, and broccoli. Add soup, vinegar, and soy milk, stir well. Heat through, and serve over rice or noodles.
