Ingredients

    Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon (skinless and boneless) 5 oz pouch
    1 cup dry instant oatmeal
    .25 Cup Oikos Dips Cucumber Dill flavor
    .25 Cup onion
    .5 tsp Garlic Powder
    .25 tsp seasoned salt
    1 Egg
    1T Lemon Juice
    1 finely chopped seedless Jalapeno pepper (or red bell pepper)
    1 T olive oil

Directions

Lightly saute onions in pan with olive oil. Remove onions to bowl, leaving oil in pan. Combine onions with yogurt, lemon juice and seasoning in bowl. Stir in salmon, egg and oats. Form mixture into 4 balls. Flatten cakes to about 1/2 inch think and fry in remaining oil 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned on outside.

Serving Size: Makes 4 patties
