Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Egg - Eggbeaters, 0.187 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Mr Yoshida's sauce, 8 tbsp
    Pineapple, fresh, .75 cup, diced

Directions

Mix first four ingredients and add seasoning of choice. Roll into 14 meatballs.

Brown off the meatballs quickly.

Put meatballs, pineapple, and sauce in crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
