Introduction

Ingredients

    Blue Menu Chickpeas, 2 cup
    *hemp seed, hulled, 9 tsp
    *Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1.5 oz
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 9 tsps
    *Garlic 1 clove
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 2 fl oz
