Introduction

Steel cut oats with greek yogurt and fruit. Steel cut oats with greek yogurt and fruit.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Non fat plain greek yogurt
    Steel cut Quaker oats
    Cinnamon
    Molasses
    1% Milk
    Apples or other fruit

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the apple. Store in an airtight container in the fridge over night. The oats will absorb liquid from the milk and yogurt. In the morning, add 1/2 peeled and chopped apple. Warm for 45 seconds in the microwave if desired.
