Ingredients


    Tomato, Campari, 4 tomatoes
    Peppers, sweet, 1 large or 4 mini
    Cucumber (with peel), chopped
    *Lemon Juice, 0.5 lemon yields
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Dried oregano
    Goat cheese, soft, 2 oz

Directions

Chop the vegetables and mix with everything else. Add the cheese last.
