Ingredients

    1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Body Fortress Super Advanced)
    1/4 cup of egg whites (equals about 2 egg whites)
    2 TBSP ground flax seed
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Tips

To follow original recipe (cuts calories to 151):
* Substitute 1 TBSP of psyllium husk for 1 TBSP of the flax seeds
* Use vanilla soy protein powder instead of the chocolate
