Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1tablespoon ketchup
    1tablespoon grated Parmesan
    1 Teaspoon onion powder
    1.25 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Don't forget to add wraps to daily food counts! I left them off because everyone likes a different wrap! You can add pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, mayo, more ketchup, or other condiments/ toppings as you choose. This is just for the beef and cheese portion. I usually add pickles, and sometimes lettuce/ tomato.


Directions

1. Cook Ground beef until almost done
2. add worcestershire sauce, ketchup, parmesan, onion and mix until thoroughly combined
3. continue cooking until beef is completely cooked
4. Use indoor grill or grill pan (heat to 350)
5. Place 1/2 cup of beef mixture to wrap and sprinkle cheddar cheese
6. roll wrap and place seem side down on grill. Once there are grill marks flip and grill 2-3 mins.


Serving Size: Makes 5 wraps
