Vanilla Honey Almond Protein Pancakes

Introduction

So yummy you won't need syrup! High in protein, low in fat! So yummy you won't need syrup! High in protein, low in fat!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 packages Quaker Simple Harvest Vanilla Oatmeal
    1/2 cup Better "n eggs (egg substitute) Better n eggs has added calcium & Omega 3's..
    2/3 cup Lowfat cottage cheese

Directions

Blend all 3 ingredients. Spray skillet lightly with PAM. You will need to cook these a little longer then you would regular pancakes as they tend to fall apart otherwise. But they are so worth it, yummy!! Serves 2-3 depending on size of pancakes.
