Radish and Celery Salad (with Malt and Dill Vinaigrette)

Just fresh! Mix in with iceberg lettuce...

Ingredients

    100 gr Iceberg lettuce (shredded thin)
    400 gr radishes (one bunch)
    3 large stalks of celery
    85 gr pepper (banana sweet)
    1 small onion

    Vinaigrette:
    2 tbsp. Malt vinegar
    1 tbsp. fresh dill
    One Lemon - juice

Tips

Cooking is chilling - you can also skip and serve immediately!


Directions

Chop (thin!!!) all veggies.
Mix vinaigrette together.
Toss and chill for 30 min.

Enjoy!
