Vegetables in Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

    2 cups yogurt (water strained)
    0.5 cup onions finely chopped
    0.25 cup carrots blanched finely chopped
    0.5 cup cucumber finely chopped
    0.5 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green) finely chopped
    0.5 cup cauliflower blanched finely chopped
    0.5 cup tomatoes finely chopped
    1 tbsp tomato ketchup
    Salt & Black pepper to taste


Directions

take a bowl. put in yogurt and beat it till it is uniform. add ketchup and black pepper. mix well. Now add all the remaining ingredients. mix well. refrigerate it for 15-20 mins. take it out. add salt. mix well again and serve.
TIP: you can serve with chips
