Green Tea Goji Superfood Smoothie

Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup raw cashews
    1 frozen banana
    3 tablespoons dried goji berries
    1/2 cup apple juice
    1 1/2 cups green tea (chilled)
    1 cup ice
    Sweetener, to taste

Tips

For an extra superfood boost, add 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder.


Directions

Blend together all the ingredients, except the ice, until smooth. Add the ice and blend once more until frosty. Taste, and sweeten if desired.
