Introduction

Healthy Carb rich muffins- whole grain and low fat Healthy Carb rich muffins- whole grain and low fat
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c oats
    1 1/4 c wheat
    2 tbsp ground flax seed
    2 tbsp vanilla whey protien powder
    2 tsp baking bowder
    1/2 c brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c milk
    1/4c olive oil
    1/4 c mixed berries

Directions

Grind oats and wheat, you can do this in a blender. In a med. bowl combine oat and wheat flour with other dry ingredients. Add milk and oil and stir. Fold in berries. Put batter into muffin tins and bake in a 400* oven for about 10 mins. for minis and 15-20 for regular until done. Turn out onto a rack. Makes about 12 regular or 30 minis.
