Basic Whole Wheat French Toast

2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
1 Large Egg
0.25 cup - Milk, 1%
1 tsp- Vanilla extract
1 tsp - Cinnamon
Directions
Makes 1 2-Slice serving
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Heat frying pan over medium-low heat. Beat all ingreadients together, except the bread. Coat bread in egg mixture on both sides and lay in the pre-heated frying pan. Turn toast once when brown, approximately 5 minutes.
